The Society Blue Book 1903-1904 for Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley. Oakland Blue Book Company, Publishers. 1904. 5 1/4" x 8 1/4" 165 pages Blue cloth hardcover with no dust jacket. Gilt lettering on the front cover is faded, but still quite legible. Moderate cover wear, but with heavy staining on the cover. It goes a little bit into the first few pages. I see no paper ripple and do not smell anything unusual in the book. The endpapers are tanned with some tanning on the edges of interior pages. There are some smudges to interior pages.  I see no other previous owner markings. There is some separation in the binding between pages 122 and 113 and pages 80 and 81. In spite of that, binding is tight with no looseness to pages. No tears, folds or creases to pages.  Not ex-library, not remaindered and not a facsimile reprint.
