"...a series of articles written by Camden in 1909, compiled for his family descendants. Camden was a physician in Weston with Confederate sympathies. He was sent to Camp Chase in May 1863, and later had the opportunity to describe the Athenaeum Prison in Wheeling where he took the oath and returned to his home on parole."- https://archives.lib.wvu.edu/repositories/2/archival_objects/50631
