(1887) An entirely new and enlarged edition. 4 3/4"x 7" 130 page plus advertisements brown cloth with black lettering hard cover with no dust jacket. Moderate cover edge wear. A light white and clear stain on the back cover- possibly some sort of paint and/or enamel. A bit of browning or discoloration on the edges of the of the endpapers. Previous owner name written on the front flyleaf in black ink. A line of water stain on the bottom of the back endpaper. There are occaisional spots (foxing) in the text. Pages are slightly off-white (I think the original color) and are completely flexible. I found one recipe on page 51 bracketted in pencil. No other previous owner markings.
