Attempted repairs with old scotch tape. Some water damage. Now protected by a removable mylar dj cover. BOOK: Some fading and wear to the gilt lettering on the spine. Embossed lettering on the front cover. Some water damage to the covers too. Old pencil pricing inside the front cover. Some water damage showing to the edges of the pages. Old newspaper clippings glued in after page 400, in front of the back flyleaf and inside the back cover. Significant tanning around all newspaper clippings. Also inside the back cover is a note in pencil about somebody being sentenced(?) a piece of paper, which is also glued in. All newspaper clippings have something to do with the AA. I see no other previous owner markings. No tears, folds or creases to pages. Binding is tight with no looseness to pages. Not ex-library, not remaindered and not a facsimile reprint.
