Bumping to the top of the dj. 1/4" tears: the top of the front joint, bottom front of the spine, and bottom of the back panel nest to the joint of the flap. There sems to be some light tanning to the tops of the flaps, which are white, which can't be seen on the rest of the dust jacket because of its dark color. Otherwise, no unusual folds or creases. No clips. No missing pieces. Not price-clipped with dj price of $34.95. the dust jacket is not tight and new. BOOK: Bright gilt illustration on the front cover and bright gilt lettering on the spine. Maybe light cover edge wear. There are a few tiny specks of soiling of unknown origin on the covers. I found at least some are removable using finger nails. The tanning to the flaps of the dust jacket are also on the tops of the end papers and may be showing on the edges of the page block. Otherwise, no previous owner markings.
