Light wear to dj edges, but heavier on the top and bottom of the flap joints. Some bumping to the top edge of the dj. There are stains on the front and back panels possibly from handling by sweaty hands. There are also surface scrapes  not breaking the surface dj paper. A tiny chip on the bottom edge of the front panel and the leading edge of the front flap. Light sun-fading to the extremities. Otherwise, no unusual folds or creases. No other tears. No clips. No large missing pieces. Not price-clipped with dj price of $8.00. BOOK: Gilt lettering on the spine may be slightly faded, but is still quite legible. Light cover edge wear. Erasure marks on the first blank page. No other previous owner markings.  No tears, folds or creases to pages. Binding is tight with no looseness to pages.
