DUST JACKET: Has a number of tears from the edges of the jacket ranging in length from about a 8th of an inch to a full inch, most of them being 1/4 inch or less. The inch long tear is at the bottom of the front panel with some associated folds or creases. There is a black fingerprint smudge toward the bottom of the spine. Not price-clipped with dj price of 11s. 6d. net. Now protected by a removable mylar dj cover. BOOK: Bright gilt lettering on spine with a small bright gilt illustration on the front cover. Light cover edge wear. Light sun-fading to the very edges of the covers.  It looks like there is an erasure mark on the first blank page. I see no other previous owner markings.  No tears, folds or creases to pages. Binding is tight with no looseness to pages. Not ex-library, not remaindered and not a facsimile reprint.
