Many full page color illustrations. Color paste down on front cover appears faded. Moderate cover edge wear. There are signs of previous separation in the binding in front and back covers by evidence of tears in the end papers. The tightness of the binding must be because of previous owner repairs. A 3/4" tear on the top of the front end page. Heavy erasure marks on the 'this book belongs to' page where a name would have been written. Many of the pages have evidence of heavy page-turning on the bottoms of the pages. These have resulted in abrasions and some tears. Light pencil pricing inside the back endpapers. No other previous owner markings. Binding is tight with no looseness to pages. Not ex-library, not remaindered and not a facsimile reprint. For sale by Jon Wobber, bookseller since 1978. FA30a
