California View Book. (No author indicated. Art Publishing Co. San Francisco. Judging from photos of Alcatraz Island and the Cliff House of San Francisco book was published about 1905. 8 3/4" x 5 3/4" 32 one sided pages with one photo each  Hardcover with no dust jacket.  Moderate cover edge wear, a bit heavier on the bottom of the spine. Book has a several line gifting in ink for a new year (unknown which) on the front end paper. Some water stain on the bottom corner tip of the pages not going to the photos. I found a couple of pages with closed tears from the bottom of the page. Some of the pages seem to have light smudges.  I see no other previous owner markings.  No  folds or creases to pages. Binding has been repaired and is now tight with no looseness to pages. Not ex-library, not remaindered and not a facsimile reprint. For sale by Jon Wobber, bookseller since 1978. sKK13b
